Florence TAV Station

As part of the creation of a new high-speed rail network, the Italian Government has instituted a major programme of station restructuring, including the creation of many new stations. The design for Florence Station provides a new facility that will connect with the citys existing Santa Maria Novella station via a new tramline.

Yacht Club de Monaco

Monaco/ Monaco, 2003-

The Yacht Club de Monaco celebrates Monaco's spectacular coastline and its rich nautical heritage by creating a series of deck-like viewing terraces that step up along the harbour to offer unrivalled views out to yacht races at sea or inland over the course of the renowned Formula 1 Grand Prix circuit.

Jameson House

Vancouver/ Canada, 2004-

The scheme continues the practice’s investigation into contemporary interventions within historic structures, explored previously in a high-rise context with the Hearst Tower in New York. The project is also an example of a building that combines living and working in one location, encouraging social activity and balancing energy consumption between its mix of daytime and night-time uses.

The Troika

Kuala Lumpur/ Malaysia, 2004-2011

Located at the north-eastern corner of the Park, within the precincts of Kuala Lumpur City Centre – Kuala Lumpur’s ‘city within a city’ – the Troika development combines apartments, offices, shops and restaurants within a single complex, with the aim of promoting a more sustainable, densely planned approach to living and working in the twenty-first century city.
